• No refunds once you're done and out the door. Service is final.

• 7-day guarantee: If our work lifts or chips in the first week, come back—we'll fix it free, same style.

• Fixes happen here in the salon only. No credits, no mail-ins, no "too far" excuses.

• Normal wear after 7 days? Not covered. (Fills every 2–3 weeks keep 'em perfect.)

• Traveling? We love you, but the free fix waits till next time you're in Pittsburgh.
