All services are non-refundable, but we fully stand by our work.

• In the Chair: If you need any tweaks to your shape, length, or color, please tell your technician during your appointment so we can adjust it immediately.

• Complimentary Fixes: If you experience any chipping, lifting, or damage within 7 days of your appointment, contact us right away for a free repair.

  Note: Free fixes apply to standard wear issues and do not cover intentional damage or changing your mind on color/design after leaving.
